I had a great time during my Xmas stay at this hostel. the staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure everyone had a good experience. the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and the beach. I also loved the social atmosphere, meeting so many cool people and making new friends.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like. the bathrooms and showers were quite small and not very practical.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. @The Pier 519 is a hidden gem.

The breakfast menu could use a wider variety of options.

This hostel is in a prime location, just a short walk from the main pier and close to all the action. The staff here are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. They offer excellent recommendations and even had ferry tickets available for purchase on-site. The dorm rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day exploring. Plus, the hostel offers a unique experience by providing local wisdom for minor injuries – I was treated for a sea urchin sting using lime juice and it worked like a charm!

One downside of this hostel is that the common areas are limited, so there isn't much space to socialize with other guests. the bathrooms on the ground floor are not the most comfortable and can be dirty, making them less enjoyable to use.

the pier 519 hostel in phi phi don exceeded my expectations! the awesome staff made me feel so welcome, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and party spots. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver after a hot day. definitely coming back!

Noisy construction nearby.

We had an incredible stay at Pier 519. the beds were spacious, comfortable, and the rooms were super clean. the manager and staff were lovely, caring, and always helpful. They made us feel like family and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location is perfect, just minutes away from the ferry, the beach, and all the parties in the city center. Despite being centrally located, the hostel was surprisingly quiet. We would highly recommend Pier 519 to anyone visiting Phi Phi!

I stayed at @The Pier 519 for 5 nights while exploring the beautiful island. The family that runs the hostel is incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean and have great AC. The beds are some of the most comfortable I have experienced in Thailand. I loved the complimentary tea/coffee and banana in the morning. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the pier and the beach where you can enjoy bars and fire-shows in the evening. It's also conveniently located near the main restaurant and bar area.
